Shipping

All orders are packaged and handled with care in the studio, by me. When you purchase an original piece of artwork, your satisfaction is extremely important to me. After purchasing artwork, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check that the address given is correct.

Delivery

I need 3-4 working days to carefully package your artwork and ship it. If you are in the US you can expect your artwork to arrive in 3-4 additional business days via USPS Priority Mail. If you are outside of USA, your artwork will be delivered via USPS First Class Mail, it can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on your location.

Shipping Outside of the US

Yes, I will ship outside of the US. If you want to collect one of my artworks and do not see the country of your residence in the dropdown menu, please contact me and I will arrange the shipping for you. International buyers are responsible for all the customs fees & charges.

Returns

All sales on original art are final. I do my best to make my listings as clear and informative as possible. Colors vary from screen to screen and may vary from computer monitor to in-person viewing, so I encourage you to view images on multiple devices. If you need more photos, extra information, or have any questions about a piece, just contact me before you purchase and I will be happy to help you.

Lost or Damaged Art

I make it a priority to handle and package each order very carefully and use quality packaging materials to keep all artwork safe during transit. That being said, I am not liable for failed delivery, incorrect addresses, or mishandling by the shipping service.

After purchasing artwork, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check that the address given is correct. Any purchased artwork that is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I will happily resend once the additional shipping cost is invoiced to you and paid.

If the address you provided is correct and you are concerned that the package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping service directly using the tracking number in the shipping notification email. You can always purchase additional shipping insurance. Just drop me an email and it can be arranged.
